Stern & Eisenberg Bankruptcy Services
Borrowers utilize the federal bankruptcy system to address and reorganize debts, both secured and unsecured. Depending on the type of bankruptcy filed, Chapter 7, 11, 12 or 13, debtors may seek relief from current financial strains. Too often, the law is abused in an effort to frustrate lenders’ rights and interests. Stern & Eisenberg protects and enforces lenders’ rights through the bankruptcy process.
Stern & Eisenberg offers regular bankruptcy trainings for clients. Click here for our most recent client BK Update and client training.
