Jessica Manis, Esquire, a Super Lawyers 2021 Rising Star, has an extensive legal background in Foreclosure, Complex Litigation, Title Issues, Business Law, and small Business Collections. Jessica is undefeated in trials and appeals at the Pennsylvania Superior and Supreme Court. She enjoys Business Development in collections, business law, estate planning, personal injury, asbestos litigation, and community support of businesses. Jessica is enthusiastic about exploring creative solutions to achieve favorable resolutions and handling all trials and appeals. She is devoted to quick turnaround times to ensure client files are moving expeditiously, meeting client timelines and to reduce activity pursuing litigation. Jessica is passionate about communicating status of the cases with all clients and creates open lines of communications building valuable relationships. She understands client expectations and works to ensure all scorecards are above 90%.

About Jessica N. Manis

Jessica received her Juris Doctorate in 2014 from Delaware Law School, Widener University, and undergraduate degree from Penn State University. Prior to her work with Stern & Eisenberg, Jessica’s experience includes legal intern, student attorney, legal assistant, and law clerk. Jessica also has significant leadership experience outside of her legal work, embracing the Family Readiness Coordinator position for the United States Army. Additional leadership roles include, Vice President Phi Alpha Delta, Vice President of Phi Alpha Outlaw, and the Young Lawyers Division of the Philadelphia Bar Association. Jessica is devoted to helping military personnel, she served as liaison between the families and those serving in the Brigade 304th Civil Affairs Brigade. Jessica earned a pro bono distinction for non-profit legal work, providing legal guidance for Wills for Heroes. During law school, she served as an intern with the State of Delaware Department of Justice working in the Criminal and Domestic Violence unit with Assistant District Attorneys. Jessica’s biggest moment and thrill was meeting Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg in June 2019 at the US Supreme Court Admissions Ceremony. Jessica shared, “I was Star Struck”. “I am inspired by Ruth’s persistence to be a strong working mother and advocating for the right of other women”, Jessica powerfully stated. Jessica is passionate about her family, helping military personnel, spending time with friends, yoga, going to vineyards and learning about new wines.
