About Timothy Cirino

Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania since 2018, Timothy specializes in representing lenders, mortgage servicers and investors in all facets of mortgage-related litigation.

Timothy has experience handling a diverse range of legal matters including: foreclosure actions; quiet title actions; title issues; landlord-tenant cases; ejectment actions; partition actions; premises liability; mechanic and condominium/homeowner association liens; contract disputes; consumer debt collection matters; and general commercial litigation.

Timothy is passionate about delivering clear, strategic and effective legal solutions and is most committed to achieving favorable outcomes for his clients.

Timothy received his Juris Doctorate in 2017 from Barry University in Orlando, Florida, where he lived for three years. In law school, Timothy served as the President of the Environmental Law Society for three years and also as both an associate editor and symposium editor of the Environmental & Earth Law Journal for two years.

Locally, Timothy serves as a Board Member for the Centennial Education Foundation, which helps to raise private donations, corporate support and in-kind contributions to provide things like teacher mini-grants; student scholarship programs; enrichment programs; and other enhancements that five students a competitive edge.

Timothy is passionate about his family, environmental sustainability, community service and all things Philly sports.
