Brandi C. Leighton-Burger

Brandi is a graduate of West Virginia University, College of Law receiving her Juris Doctor in 2020, where she worked at the Law Litigation Clinic, as a Student Attorney. Brandi’s expertise is inclusive of real estate, bankruptcy, title, settlements, civil litigation representing creditors, consumers. Brandi leverages her default experience representing debtors in bankruptcy and real estate to provide great perspective of the legalities that both sides face and has the insight to find creative solutions for S&E clients. Brandi uses her perspective to preserve the creditors rights through the lifespan of the mortgage when default and legal issues arise.

Brandi always knew she wanted to become an attorney. She is a highly motivated associate with a history of working in diverse legal environments before, during, and after attending law school. She is passionate about analyzing complex research, data, and documentation to advocate for clients. No matter how small or large a question or need, Brandi is committed to having open line of communication by utilizing all forms of correspondence, building important client relationships and partnership touching base on a regular basis or a call when things arise to address any issues quickly and need a quick resolution.
