About David Lambropoulos

Dave has overseen all facets of the firm’s day to day operation as previous Managing Attorney  David’s diverse portfolio of clients ranges from Fortune 500 companies and multinational banking institutions to small businesses and individuals. He is a distinguished litigator with significant experience and expertise in commercial and residential foreclosure practice, title litigation, landlord / tenant disputes, real estate transactions, sale and asset purchase transactions, condominium and homeowner’s association issues and bankruptcy practice. He has first chair trial and Appellate experience. David prides himself on his ability to carefully weigh practical concerns in conjunction with potential impacts to a client’s business and provide strategic advice. He has a reputation for honesty and integrity and is known as a zealous advocate for his clients’ rights. An energetic problem solver, David excels at developing and implementing solutions which are both practical and creative. He relentlessly strives for optimum outcomes while simultaneously seeking to increase efficiency and cost effectiveness, to the benefit of both the firm and its clients. Prior to David entering private practice, David served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the General Equity Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. David is a former United States Marine who was Honorably Discharged following two combat deployments to Iraq. David is a lifelong South Jersey resident and an avid sports enthusiast.
