Anthony W. Selbe is an attorney with over 14 years of experience in real estate, business law and civil litigation. He joined Stern & Eisenberg in 2024 after working for regional firms in Pittsburgh practicing in both West Virginia and Pennsylvania courts and the federal system. Anthony assists businesses and sophisticated investors with real estate closings, business formation, and commercial litigation. Anthony also has experience in the default space with non-judicial and judicial foreclosures and creditor’s rights.Anthony lives in Nicholas County, West Virginia, with his wife, three children, and dog. In his spare time, Anthony accepts court appointments as a guardian ad litem in abuse and neglect cases in West Virginia state courts, and participates in local treatment courts. He also volunteers for the local recreational youth soccer board as a trustee and coach for his children’s soccer teams.
