About Richard F. Stern
Richard (Dick) Stern founded the firm that is now Stern & Eisenberg over four decades ago. Dick now serves as of counsel to the firm and regularly devotes his time to the firm’s business and wills and estates practices. One of his most memorable legal successes was his leadership on the class action in the case of Muscarella v. Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Court of PA, 10 FR 2011. He served as chair of the Joint Liaison Committee of Realtors and Attorneys and was a board member of the Montgomery Bar Association, past president of his homeowners’ association, and serves as a Legal Aid attorney. Dick has over fifty years of experience and is a fixture in the Pennsylvania legal community. He has been Martindale AV rated for over 25 years.
