Christian has concentrated his practice in the area of creditors’ rights since 2021, primarily representing mortgage lenders and servicers in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate at a New Jersey-based law firm, where he handled creditors’ rights litigation. He has experience representing financial institutions in residential and commercial foreclosure litigation. He has litigated cases through trial and argued at the appellate level in New Jersey.
