Margaret J. Cascino, Esq. is the managing attorney of Stern & Eisenberg’s New York practice group. For the past seventeen years, Margaret has been counseling clients in varied litigation, compliance, title, foreclosure and bankruptcy matters. As a seasoned litigator, Margaret is best known for providing creative solutions to resolve both routine and complex matters. Margaret utilizes a holistic approach in working with her clients and developing tailored resolutions for each individual matter. In addition to litigation, Margaret spends a large portion of her time counseling clients on regulatory and statutory changes. Margaret helps clients identify potential risks and provides solutions to reduce liability. Margaret provides on-site and virtual trainings to keep clients abreast of process changes and how to avoid legal pitfalls in New York. In 2016, Margaret was recognized by the American Legal & Financial Network as one of the young professionals to watch in the industry and received the JPEG: Picture the Future Award.
