About Daniel P. Jones

Daniel P. Jones has substantial experience representing creditors through foreclosure, bankruptcy, title curative, and eviction matters. Dan also spearheads the firm’s liquor law practice handling licensing, zoning, trademark, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance and any other issue liquor clients may face. A local native, Dan is a graduate of Central Bucks High School East. Dan then attended Duquesne University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in History and a double minor in Political Science and Theater. He continued on to complete his Juris Doctorate at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. After graduating in 2015, Dan clerked for the Honorable Judge Serfass in Carbon County, Pennsylvania. The small bench provided valuable exposure to civil and criminal cases. Now, with Stern & Eisenberg, Dan has become adept at providing cost-effective, comprehensive legal representation which creatively and amicably resolves complex disputes. Although, he not adverse to the courtroom and has handled litigated matters from inception through appeal. In his spare time Dan enjoys brewing beer, watching the Philadelphia Union, volunteering with a variety of non-profit organizations.
