Kristi J. Doughty is the Managing Attorney at the Wilmington, Delaware Stern & Eisenberg office. 

About Kristi

Kristi has an extensive background in Delaware mortgage foreclosure litigation, consumer bankruptcy proceedings in the Districts of Delaware and New Jersey, and in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  Kristi has represented creditors and debtors in Delaware commercial bankruptcy proceedings, creditor’s rights in state and federal courts in Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania and has argued a mortgage foreclosure issue before the Delaware Supreme Court. She was a member of the automotive asbestos defense team at a prior firm and has engaged in litigation of replevin proceedings and in defense of personal injury suits.  Kristi has represented dependent children in cases referred by the Delaware Office of the Child Advocate. 

Prior to entering private practice, Kristi served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Graham T. Ross of the Superior Court of New Jersey attending Court on a daily basis and drafting opinions for Family matters, Zoning, Civil and Criminal matters and Sentencings, as well as acting as a mediator in small claims cases.
