Oliver Ayon

Oliver Ayon, Esq. is the Chief Compliance Officer for Stern & Eisenberg.

Oliver Ayon heads the firm’s Compliance Department as the Chief Compliance Officer. Oliver’s career path to his current role is a tale as old as time. Oliver began his foray within the Default industry in 2006 as a paralegal, an astute litigator in 2012, and thereafter the Director of Compliance in 2018.  He continues to bring his extensive legal background in Regulatory and Statutory Compliance, Creditors’ Rights, Bankruptcy, Litigation, Mortgage Foreclosure and a unique legal focus to the compliance department at Stern & Eisenberg.  Oliver has been praised for his comprehensive experience as a first chair trial attorney and litigator, and his ability to resolve issues. He has helped to grow the firm’s client base by negotiating agreements with new clients and playing a role in the onboarding process at Stern & Eisenberg.  He is passionate about proactively identifying, evaluating, and creating business risk solutions to mitigate legal and regulatory risk exposure, while balancing the practicality of any implementation being sought. Oliver successfully lead the firm’s implementation and continues to lead enhancement efforts for the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 27001 compliance for the firm’s operations and information security. 

Oliver’s passion and diligence drive the exceptional S&E firm-wide adherence to client directives and compliance process improvements, to meet and exceed client expectations.  Oliver also teaches Continuing Education classes for the Real Estate Program in New Jersey wherein he provides insight and knowledge to realtors in the matters of REO, Short Sales and Mortgage Foreclosures.
